OUR STORY

Jewelry that empowers your strength and celebrates your resilience.

Melissa founded True Warrior Jewelry after experiencing the healing power of crystals and discovering her love of jewelry-making after a traumatic experience.

Creating jewelry became her therapy, helping her process trauma, manage anxiety, and find peace. Inspired by this healing, she now shares her jewelry to offer reminders of inner strength, healing, and hope, especially for those facing their own struggles.

Each piece empowers you to face life with courage, resilience, and clarity, serving as a reminder that you're not alone.

Melissa hopes her jewelry brings you the same peace and empowerment it brought her.

The True Warrior Story

Hi!. My name is Melissa, and I am the proud owner of True Warrior Jewelry. My journey began when I was diagnosed with Stage IV Endometriosis, which ultimately left me without fallopian tubes. Newly married and filled with dreams of starting a family, I was devastated. Fertility treatments became my only option, and after undergoing several rounds of IVF and multiple surgeries, I found myself turning to something more holistic. During this time, I discovered the power of crystals, specifically Moonstone and Rose Quartz, which are known for their fertility boosting properties. I made myself a bracelet, and to my surprise, I became pregnant with my next round of IVF.

But the journey didn’t stop there. My son, born prematurely at just 30 weeks, spent weeks in the NICU fighting for his life. It was an incredibly trying time for my husband and me, but once again, crystals became my source of strength and grounding. I made myself more jewelry to help me stay calm and focused. I called my son my “True Warrior,” because he truly embodied that spirit, fighting through every challenge. I am so thankful to say that he is now a healthy and thriving little boy.

Years later, I made myself another crystal bracelet for our next round of IVF which gave us a little girl. I went through another very traumatic birthing experience, which led me to dying on the table and having to be revived, along with another emergency surgery that unknowingly led to the removal of my uterus. Through all the trauma and pain, crystals and making jewelry were once again there to help me through the healing process. It was a challenging time, but my daughter became a light in the midst of the darkness, and making jewelry helped me navigate the healing process.

This experience led me to a new path—one where I could share the healing power of crystals with others. When I started True Warrior Jewelry, it was with the intention of spreading the strength and healing that crystals had provided me.

True Warrior Jewelry grew out of one of the most difficult times in my life. While it started with my struggles with Endometriosis, infertility, and trauma, I’ve experienced a shift in my business’s focus over the years. I’ve come to realize that my jewelry’s true purpose is about healing—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. It’s a reminder of your strength, a pep talk you didn’t know you needed, and a source of empowerment when life feels overwhelming. As someone who suffers from anxiety and depression, this business has given me a platform to be more open and vulnerable about my own struggles, and to connect with others who may feel similarly.

I hope my story and my jewelry can remind people that they are not alone. Jewelry making has become a solace for me when I needed it the most, and I can’t wait to continue to share the pieces that helped me heal with all of you.

Over the years, my business has grown and evolved in ways I never imagined. What started as a personal journey of healing has blossomed into a platform where I can share my stories and connect with others who may be going through their own struggles.

Every piece of jewelry I create is made with the intention to empower, heal, and remind you of your inner warrior. My hope is that when you wear it, you are reminded of how strong you are, how resilient you can be, and how much power you have to overcome anything life throws your way. Each piece is not just jewelry; it’s a symbol of your journey, your strength, and your ability to rise above challenges.

I want you to feel empowered with every wear, to be reminded that you are capable of more than you realize, and that even in your hardest moments, you are never alone. I want my jewelry to be a constant reminder that you hold the power to transform your life, to heal, and to keep going—no matter what.

When you own a piece of True Warrior Jewelry, you’re not just getting a beautiful, handcrafted design; you’re claiming a part of your own strength and resilience. You’re investing in yourself, in your healing, and in the belief that you can conquer anything that comes your way. I truly believe that everyone deserves to feel empowered and confident, and I hope that my jewelry can be the little boost you need to step into your true, powerful self.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to share my journey and my pieces with you. Your support means the world to me, and I hope that my jewelry serves as a reminder of the strength, hope, and healing we all carry within ourselves.
